Admissions
Checking into Cedar Park Regional Medical Center can be quick and stress-free – if you take a little time to prepare. Read below for some tips and lists that will help you (and us) make the process a little easier.
The admissions/registration desk is located in the main entrance of the hospital.
Remember to bring:
- All current health insurance information, including your insurance card
- A photo ID
- Physician orders and prescriptions for any tests you will receive
- Referrals from your primary care physician (if your insurer requires them)
- A payment method for deductibles and co-payments (Financing is also available)
- Your advance directive, if you have one
Pre-Registration
Completing paperwork before you arrive saves time and reduces stress at check-in. To pre-register by phone, call (512) 528-7034.
Inpatient Procedures and Overnight Stays
For inpatient procedures, or any other procedure that will require an overnight stay, you will be admitted at the Admitting Department. It is located at the main entrance of the hospital. Please check in at the front desk and an admitting representative will be called to assist you.
Outpatient Diagnostic Testing/Pre-Admission Testing
Diagnostic Imaging and pre-admission testing patients should report to the Outpatient Admitting counter. Patients can park in the front (South) parking lot, enter the building at the main entrance and walk past the gift shop to the Outpatient Admitting Lobby.
