12/29/2017
December 29, 2017— Cedar Park Regional Medical Center (CPRMC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) to provide emergency, hospitalist and critical care medicine together as one team with one purpose: seamless, quality medical care across the entire acute care episode. The partnership will begin on January 1, 2018.
USACS has already been providing emergency medicine management and critical care services to CPRMC. The new partnership enhances the strong relationship to include hospitalist services.
“Our model of combining hospitalist and emergency medicine into one team helps to improve patient care across the acute care continuum with unified leadership and accountability”, said Dr. Shea Combs, Medical Director of Integrated Acute Care Services. “This model can lead to dramatic improvements in key quality metrics through our clinicians’ care of patients from entrance into the Emergency Department until discharge, and even beyond.”
